Today we played our first practice match and annual tussle against Bundalaguah

Bundy batted first knocking up a respectful 6/165 with 2 retirees

James Matthews top scored with 39 closely followed by Ben Saxon 33 retired

Wickets were shared round but the pick was Matt Vaughan 1/21 off 8 and Luke Richardson 2/9 off 2

After tea we went into batt and unfortunately we’re bowled out for 131 after 33.5 overs

Top scorers went to Anthony Simpson 56 not out and Luke Richardson 25

The pick of the bowlers were Sam Bedggood 3/15 off 6 and Toby O’Reilly 3/19 off 8

All in all it was a great day out against a great club played in good spirits and the weather really turned it on for us!
We look forward to it again next yr and maybe next yr we’ll remember to bring the cup to hand over to bundy if they win again (whoops)
