Thursday and it’s training tonight!

After a very eventful week for many in the area we understand if some can’t make it but the powers working and there’s perfect phone reception at the hall.

🔷Kay’s whipping up Schnitzels and all the salads(potatoe, pasta and garden salads)
Everyone is welcome especially people who haven’t got power still come to Meerlieu for a cheap $10 feed or $5 for kids

🔶This week we have the raffles at the Lindenow Farmers Home Hotel and at this stage there still isn’t any power at the pub but the publican has assured me they will be open rain, hail or shine, with cold beer on tap but nothing out of the fridges. Please make the effort to come over and support the pub and support our raffle with meat trays, seafood vouchers, beers, wine, pub vouchers and biscuits boxes. Raffles drawn from 7.30

Tonight also the putt⛳️ is up to $375. Last week we raised $400 for Luke Henderson recovery fund and we thank everyone who bought a ticket.

🔷Last but not least our 4 players at country week Rohan, Reagan, Frank and Nic plus Morgs as team manager are having a great week so far winning 3 out of 3 games with Rohan making 113 on day one. We wish them luck today in the last game where they are almost guaranteed to play in the Grand Final tomorrow
