The Meerlieu CC is excited to announce the signing of Jayanga Peiris (Jay) for season 2024/25.

Jay is making the move from the Bruthen CC where last season the left handed top order batsman piled on 709 Runs @ an average of 54.54, with a highest score of 102.

Jay is currently playing in the Melbourne winter competition and he can’t wait for the summer season to kick off.

The club extends a warm welcome to Jay and his wife Dilani, wishing them all the best as they join the Tussocks for the upcoming season.
